About Warisan Nusantara
Connecting travelers with authentic Indonesian experiences while preserving cultural heritage and supporting local communities.
Our Mission
Warisan Nusantara exists to showcase the authentic beauty and cultural richness of Indonesia through responsible tourism that benefits local communities and preserves our natural and cultural heritage.
We believe that travel should be a force for good—creating meaningful connections between travelers and communities while ensuring that tourism contributes positively to local economies and environments.
Through our carefully curated experiences, we aim to preserve Indonesia's diverse cultural heritage while providing sustainable livelihoods for local communities across the archipelago.
Our Values
These principles guide every experience and partnership we create
Authenticity
We showcase genuine cultural experiences that reflect the true essence of Indonesia, not tourist clichés.
Sustainability
We ensure our operations and experiences contribute positively to local environments and communities.
Community Empowerment
We work directly with local communities, ensuring tourism benefits those who call these destinations home.
Cultural Preservation
We actively support the preservation and celebration of Indonesia's diverse cultural heritage and traditions.
Our Story
Warisan Nusantara was founded in 2023 by a group of passionate Indonesians who wanted to showcase the authentic beauty and cultural richness of their homeland to the world.
After witnessing how mass tourism was affecting traditional communities and natural environments, our founders set out to create a different kind of travel platform—one that would benefit local people and preserve cultural heritage rather than exploit it.
Today, we work with hundreds of local partners across the archipelago to create meaningful travel experiences that support sustainable development and cultural preservation.
